To whom it may concern starting with the staff each and every one of them go out of their way to meet the patient’s needs. The activity service they have is very organized and a lot of fun. They try their best to keep everyone involved in all activities. Once they get to know you, as your pulling in the door coffee is already there. Social services don’t put you on hold they’re ready to help you right away. Administrator is willing to help in any way he can. The call light is pressed you only wait 5-10 minutes for a cna to give help. I myself have been to 5 other facilities and when I press the call light I would wait up to an hour. Let’s not forget about the cooks in the kitchen, unbelievable service if you need a snack though out the day all you have to do is contact a kitchen member and you will get service within 5 minutes. Regardless of the bad reviews you may have read I myself being a patient here at Menifee Lakes is an excellent place for you or your love ones. The physical therapy is second to none it’s the best physical therapy you will receive. One more thing on discharge date they have everything set up for you. Home health service physical therapy service, IHSS all to make it work for they once you leave. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at this skilled nursing facility. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and positive, which truly makes a difference.

This was my second stay at Menifee Lakes. The first time was a four week stay recovering from major back surgery, second time for one week with a heart problem. All the employees were angels. The help they gave to myself, as well as other patients around me was truly amazing. They were kind, thoughtful, and very compassionate. I really felt comfortable there. The food was good also. Nine out of ten Nurse calls were very quick. I highly recommend this facility. A big fat thank you to all the girls on staff!!!!

Right now everyone is struggling to maintain full staffing yet this institution has cherry picked the most compassionate, caring and professional staff. This is the third and oldest facility I have been in with the very best staff and food. I live in Hemet and have been here three weeks recovering from a massive stroke and Covid-19 isolation. The positive attitude and excellent therapy team have made my stay the best I could hope for under the circumstances. I highly recommend. Extra shout out to Mike and entire therapy team that worked hard to improve me to return home. Didn’t have a single bad interaction with staff and food was better with generous proportions. Be sure to try the in house baked rolls with meals.

My aunty was here for a couple weeks of rehab and she had minimal complaints. We visited as often as we could, they would even let us visit while she was in the covid ward just to talk outside through the glass door.

Everyone was always super helpful and kind, I personally had no issues with any employees or medical staff professionals. They were so patient with her, helped her answer the phone and make outbound calls when she struggled. They even brought things I’ve dropped off to her. Loved seeing videos of her PT sessions and how far she has come since being admitted. Super appreciate everyone here and all their hard work!

My husband was there for rehab & the staff was excellent. All nurses, CNA & rehab staff took very good care of him. I highly recommend this facility.
